This is a bundle of two (2) vintage E. Leitz Wetzlar Synchronblitzer Leica Camera Flash Attachments, each with sync cable. On the battery holder: “Ernst Leitz Wetzlar, Germany”.
Untested but they appear to be in nearly unused: note the condition of the flashbulb electrodes in the pics that show the orange peach-colored insulators. One of the two units has a chip out of the bakelite on the bottom, approx 4x12mm, see the photo with scale.
